I have worked with Larry for many years on both residential and commercial projects ranging in price from $500,000 residential projects to an $80,000,000 development project. He has an approachable, easy going demeanor but underneath is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Professional.
He will first carefully listen to his clients to understand what they are really looking for. From that point he will do his research and then discuss his findings and his recommendations. Once all details are agreed to, he will let you know the timeline for key points in the process.
I have found him to be an excellent communicator. He is always ahead of the situation to let you know the progress or of any issues. I have rarely had to call him but, when I did he was quick to respond.
My most recent use of his service was the sale of a property in the Midwest that I had in interest in. Since I live 2000 miles from the property, there was no way that I could handle the deal personally. I called Larry, told him the situation, gave him the details and he accepted the project. I told him to call me if there were any issues, otherwise call me at certain key points in the transaction. He only called as I requested. After 16 weeks he called to tell me the closing documents were in the mail for my signature. It was as simple as that. On top of the ease for me with this transaction, he negotiated a price higher than I had asked!
There are many superlatives I could list for Larry and his company. But one outstanding skill is that of a negotiator. As the transaction precedes it is quite common that there will be some sort of negotiations between buyer and seller to conclude the contract. Larry is the negotiator you want on your side.
