Larry Orr is a highly skilled professional in sales and marketing, financial analysis, and negotiation with over 25+ years of experience consulting with owners, buyers, investors and Fortune 500 companies. Dedicated to achieving the very best for his clients, Larry oversees all aspects of transaction details to ensure successful conclusions.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Finance, Larry's track record of success in locating, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase and sale of a wide variety of projects for a diverse client base has earned him the honor of being his clients’ Trusted Advisor and Real Estate Consultant for all their transactions- large and small.

Larry was initially licensed in 1980, has held a California Real Estate Broker license since 2005 and was co-founder and general partner of a successful real estate investment company established in 1980 that negotiated, bought, developed and sold investment and commercial properties, primarily in California.

After moving to Healdsburg in Sonoma County wine country, Larry realized the most fun work he had ever done was real estate related. I then decided to get back into real estate, this time residential real estate and I enjoy it more every day.
